FCI assisted and advised KiwiRail in constructing their nation-wide 10 year property investment portfolio. FC International worked closely with the National Property Managers of KiwiRail in their head office in Wellington. FC International assisted in processes and procedures for prioritising projects, and provided a master programme, portfolio analysis, and future cash projections.
