Project Showcases
Christchurch Airport
Type: Advisory Role on Time Related Matters; Scheduling and Planning
Project Value: $240 million
A new Airport terminal is only built once in every 40 years for individual airports, so this project was an ambitious one, even before the earthquakes hit Christchurch. Operating in an advisory role for Christchurch airport, FC International was able to guide all parties as one team in order to resolve time related matters. FC International was also engaged with planning, scheduling and forensic analysis for the entire project, which included frequent site investigations and reporting on progress, as well as undertaking program gap and risk analysis.
