As at 19 December 2014 the MBIE received 7,115 WHRS claims lodged for 11,224 properties. The Weathertight Service has completed 14,511 property assessments (some owners request more than one assessment). Under the WHRS Act 2006 we accept applications for multi-unit properties as single claims.
