China invests heavily in UK property and infrastructure

A study by international law firm Pinsent Masons and the Centre for Economics and Business Research (Cebr) suggests that China will be investing $169bn (£105bn) in UK property and infrastructure between now and 2025.
The UK has huge infrastructure plans in the pipeline, however, the key questions are, will China provide the cash, and more importantly, will the UK being able to provide the pay-back?
